The origin of this language dates back to 1250 BC, to the last Shang dynasty. Along with the Tamil language, Chinese is one of the oldest surviving languages ​​in the world.

Along with English, Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish, Mandarin Chinese is one of the six official languages ​​of the United Nations.
